Custom Order Information
Orders of 100 or more hats, please contact us for an individualized quote.
Please use notes section upon ordering to verbalize specifications about your order that you want us to know, such as, but not limited to:
Logo location on hat (Front and center, Front left panel, Front Right panel, etc.)
Preference for thread color(s)
Artwork alteration needs/wants
Additional Location stitching (Back of hat, Left side of hat, Right side of hat)- additional fees do apply for any additional embroidery locations.
Any New logo used, that has not been previously digitized by My ThreadZ, LLC, will incur a $15, one time digitizing fee. Please see the listing for “Digitize My Logo” to add this fee to your order. Otherwise, we will not be able to embroider your logo onto your hats. We will reach out to you if you place a custom order without having been an existing My ThreadZ, LLC customer with a previously digitized logo on file with us. Also note, that if you need to change your existing logo that you have on file with us, that you will need to add the “Digitize My Logo” listing to your cart and upload your new or altered logo for us to digitize.
You may use various styles and hat colors for your order. The same logo will be stitched on all hats ordered with the indicated logo. If you need to order apparel for more than one Logo (such as for your hunting club and for your business, or for multiple businesses or groups), please create a separate order for each. You may also create multiple accounts on our website to separate business orders and payment information for each corresponding business.
Normal turnaround time ranges from 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that we will keep you notified if there appears to be any delay with your order, such as product availability, shipping delays, or any other issue that might arise. We value all our customers and strive to provide quick turnaround times.
Your item will ship out within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow 3 to 5 additional business days for shipping time.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of custom work, we cannot offer a refund for these orders. Please be sure to check sizing before ordering. Contact us about your specific concerns for a personalized resolution to any issues with your order.
Please be sure to check sizing before ordering. We inspect all returned products. Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached for exchange or refund eligibility and we do reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that we deem ineligible. here is a $9.99 restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
